I'm very pleased to hear that the "Breakwater Band " is back together, again. I attended Olney High School, with Vincent and Eugene " trumpet and sax Players " for the band. My brother and I also had a band called, " PHASE III " Barry,(lead guitar) Arnez,(bass guitar) and Valgene.(drums) So, Breakwater was am inspiration to us. So, guys glad to see you back-on-the scene. TO " KAY WILLIAMS " we miss you. God Bless Admin reply: Barry - thanks for your post. This is "Gene" that you mentioned, and those Olney days I do remember. Proud that we inpired you, and we are greatful for your continuing support. We too r missing Kae, and his loss has spurred us to continue our quest to spread our music across the globe. Watch online for our new release sometime late summer and thanks again!!! Gene R/& the BW family....

what's up fellows? I am a big fan of breakwater, a older lady that i use to deal with, turn me on to breakwater, but my favorite song, is "say you love me girl" beautiful song, vocals are off the hook! music, percussions, everything is tight with you guys, glad too know your guys are still around, release the beast! Kay is that you on the song genie?if so that tight too! Admin reply: John - thanks for the wonderful comments! We are so glad to have the support, STILL- from fans like you. You are indeed right, that is Kae on Genie, but unfortunately, Kae passed away unexpectedly 2 years ago. It is part of what led us to re-unite and finish what we started- a musical mission that we feel was incomplete. Please spread the word that we are BACK, armed with new music and ready to drop it on the universe! Come out to see us if you can as we will be performing June 18th at the West Oak Lane Jazz Festival in Philly......Lots of love Gene R and the BW family

It's great to read everyone's reflections on days gone by. I like Rev. Wilson was in the group Brothers of Soul/Earthbound and like many others believe there was no better era for live music or live performances. Thanks for the flashback Admin reply: THANKS!!!! Also -look out for the flash foward...we will be bringing our sound along with a 2010 upgrade, to the near future -sure to be something to look out for! stay tuned!
